Norrbottens Bergteknik has long experience, the era started already in the 1960s. Our business is comprehensive in rock management. We have leading expertise in drilling, blasting and reinforcement. We are used to all kinds of environments and work in both small assignments and large projects. Today, Norrbottens Bergteknik is one of the leading players in Sweden. We are part of the Nordisk Bergteknik group and have a turnover of approximately SEK 250 million.
Drilling is a major part of our work and a prerequisite for good rock excavation results. With modern rigs and experienced operators, we carry out each assignment with precision and sensitivity. When we work, we take great account of vibrations, noise and surroundings.
We use safe and modern rock excavation techniques and our blasters are well trained. We constantly strive to work in a safe and preventive way that also takes care of the environment. Performing safe work is one of our most important guiding principles.
Rock handling is more than drilling and rock excavation. We take care of the entire process from planning to blasting and rock reinforcement. We start from the customer's needs, the conditions of the rock and the surrounding environment. We use the most appropriate methods.
We are constantly working on our equipment, tools, machinery and vehicles. We have a large fleet of machinery that includes everything from pickups, drill rigs, excavators and trailers. We strive to have a well-maintained and modern fleet to keep the working environment and operational reliability at its peak.
Norrbottens Bergteknik is a growing company. We need more employees and need, for example, drill rig drivers, blasters and excavator operators.
